At Happy Hooves Collective, our animals are at the heart of everything we do. Each member of the herd plays a role in our mission of ethical animal stewardship, education, and the development of a future working ranch.

Coming Soon - Highland Cows!
We are excited to be thoughtfully adding Highland cattle to the Happy Hooves Collective herd. Our goal is not to follow trends or contribute to the current rush of novelty breeding, but to slowly and responsibly build a small foundation herd rooted in agriculture, education, and long-term sustainability.
Highland cattle are a hardy, heritage breed known for their gentle nature, adaptability, and role in pasture-based farming systems. As part of our ranch-in-development, these cattle will support future beef production and serve as an educational opportunity to help people better understand livestock, food systems, and the importance of ethical animal stewardship.
There is something powerful about meeting a cow up close, learning about the breed, and understanding the role agriculture plays in everyday life. Through education and guided experiences, we hope to foster a deeper appreciation for where food comes from and for the farmers and ranchers working to keep agriculture alive in a changing world.
Our Highland cattle program will be built slowly, intentionally, and with respect for the animals, the land, and the broader agricultural community.
